We accept returns on any dress that has not been worn or altered. We do not accept returns or exchange for any dress that has been customised for you.
You have 2 days from the time you receive the dress to notify us that you will like to return or have it exchanged.
Please call us first, after which you should ship the dress back within 10days.
Shipping costs to and fro are non-refundable.
